It may also be used for other activities, such as sending you advertising or promoting our activities.

  • Why do we need to use your data?

Your personal data is necessary for us to deal with you and provide our services to you. To this end, we will give you a series of boxes that let you decide clearly and simply how your personal information is used.

  • Who will see the information we ask you for?

As a general rule, only duly authorised staff of our company will have access to the information we ask you for.

Likewise, organisations that need access to your personal information so that we can provide our services to you may also see it. For example, our bank will see your details if you pay for our services by card or bank transfer.

Public or private bodies to which we are legally required to provide your personal data will also see your information. For example, tax law requires certain information about financial transactions above a certain amount to be provided to the Spanish Tax Agency.

If, apart from the cases mentioned, we need to disclose your personal information to other organisations, we will first ask for your permission through clear options that let you decide.

  • How will we protect your data?

We will protect your data with effective security measures appropriate to the risks involved in using your information.

To this end, our company has approved a Data Protection Policy, and annual checks and audits are carried out to verify that your personal data is secure at all times.

  • Will we send your data to other countries?

Some countries in the world are safe for your data and others are less so. The European Union, for example, is a safe environment for your data. Our policy is not to send your personal information to any country that is not safe from a data protection point of view.

If, in order to provide the service, it is essential to send your data to a country that is not as safe as Spain, we will always ask for your permission first and apply effective security measures to reduce the risks of sending your personal information to another country.

  • How long will we keep your data?

We will keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and for as long as the law requires. Once the applicable legal periods have ended, we will delete it securely and in an environmentally friendly way.

  • What are your data protection rights?

You can contact us at any time to find out what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong and to delete it once our relationship has ended, where this is legally possible.

You also have the right to ask for your information to be transferred to another organisation. This right is called “portability” and can be useful in certain situations.

To exercise any of these rights, you must send a written request to our address, together with a photocopy of your ID card or passport, so that we can identify you.

Specific forms for exercising these rights are available at our company’s offices, and we will be happy to help you fill them in.

To find out more about your data protection rights, you can visit the website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).

  • Can you withdraw your consent if you change your mind later?

You can withdraw your consent at any time if you change your mind about how your data is used.

For example, if you were once interested in receiving advertising about our products or services but no longer wish to receive it, you can tell us using the objection form available at our company’s offices.

  • If you feel your rights have not been respected, where can you make a complaint?

In that case, we will apply effective security measures that protect your information at all times from unauthorised people who might try to use it for their own benefit.
